Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Assistant SEO ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Assistant SEO provides AI-powered tooling for SEO research, auditing, and reporting. The Service may use third-party subprocessors including Google (Gemini, OAuth, Workspace APIs), OpenAI, and our hosting provider. By using the Service you consent to data being processed by these subprocessors as needed to deliver the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) use it to scrape sites in violation of their terms, (c) generate content that violates law or third-party rights, (d) attempt to bypass access controls, or (e) resell the Service without written authorization.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate. We process it solely to deliver the Service. We do not train AI models on your data. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
6. Google API Services
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently deleted.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors — verify before publishing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
